This month we celebrate our 13th birthday and to mark the occasion we wanted to share with you the principles and values that are the foundation and heart of our brand.

Britain in a Bottle 

Our mission is to craft a distinctly British brand that is a champion of sustainable luxury. We source ingredients from unique local producers and make our products here in Chester.

Our aim here is to capture Britain in a Bottle – the unique places, people and ingredients of the British Isles. We travel the length and breadth of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales to source authentic, quintessentially British ingredients that celebrate our rich cultural history as well as newer traditions.

As we enter our 13th year, we’re proud to have created long-lasting partnerships with a range of producers including flower farmer Rosebie Morton, who supplies the scented Rose Petals for our Tea Rose collection, and Day’s Cottage, who provide the yellow Huffcap Perry pears for our Perry Pear collection. Our Commitment to Sustainability

We’re proud to be certified by the Vegan Society and take our responsibility for the environment seriously, from our cruelty-free, green formulations through to our sourcing, manufacturing and packaging. 

Our bottles are made from 50% recycled packaging and most of our packaging can easily be recycled in your kerbside recycling. 

Real Perfume

We use unique, expertly crafted fine fragrances with top, heart and base notes in our products. Working with our master perfumer, each fragrance can take years to perfect. Fragrance has the ability to elevate your mood or transport you to a special place and time. With each of our luxury fragrances we want to capture the essence and unique stories of the British Isles. 

Travel the British Isles with Us

Our sumptuous collections feature extracts sourced from producers all over the British Isles, including Rhubarb from Yorkshire, Samphire from Ireland, Barley from Scotland and Beetroot from Wales. 

Attention to detail is key in everything we create, our designs are contemporary while celebrating our rich cultural heritage. We are grounded and inspired by our land, culture and history.
