Job Title Retail Manager for UK and International 

Reporting Into: Global Sales Director  

Location: The North of England

Job Requirements: UK drivers licence and car essential. 

At least 5 years sales experience in beauty or the luxury industry.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team in a fast-paced luxury British brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with our southern Retail Manager to manage our retail stores, this role will look after our northern stores, e-commerce retailers and international customers. 
  • To meet or exceed sales and profit targets across all Noble Isle UK and International Retailers.
  • To open new retail accounts and manage entire process inclusive of account management and attending to the needs of existing accounts with a view to generate higher revenue.
  • To visit existing accounts where necessary, recommending operational functions to positively impact sales productivity.
  • To conduct calls to existing accounts on a monthly basis to generate revenue, offer support where necessary and complete actions as required.
  • To organise and manage regular virtual meetings with distributors.
  • Ensure marketing plans are executed in accordance with the given plan directives as well as in line with our brand guidelines. To work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute actions to nurture accounts.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance in line with budget.
  • Prepare monthly report at the conclusion of each month, analyzing and explaining performance, providing insights for the upcoming months, highlighting risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly meeting / conference calls with Global Sales Director.
  • Meet team on monthly basis in London to present monthly sales and future strategy.
  • Ensure all retailers and distributors are regularly and thoroughly trained. 
  • UK and International travel required.
  • Consistent servicing of existing accounts. Identify areas for improvement/ new opportunities and act accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with Buyers and Distributors to discuss brand performance and initiatives.
  • Introduce product launches and sell new product offerings to our accounts.
