Hotel Administrator Part-Time Freelancer
Noble Isle, Luxurious British Bath & Body brand, seeks Hotel Administrator
Based near Gatwick, this new role will support our bustling hotel department reporting into our Senior Sales Manager. Duties will involve all administration tasks from research, answering new enquiries, support existing customer care, cold calling, newsletters, and the updating of internal and external documents.
Salary: Upon application with CV
Location: Gatwick. This is a part-time freelance role located near Gatwick. Applications that are not within a circa 15-mile radius from Gatwick will not be considered.
Research new leads and contact names
Manage all website enquiries
Follow up sales@nobleisle enquiries
Monthly calls to existing customers
Arrange meetings with hotels for sales team
Analyse orders and take appropriate action
Promote new products to existing customer
New pricing updates and price list maintenance
Google maps updates
Manage monthly reports
Manage new accounts set up paper work
Answering all existing account queries and questions
Attend and manage events
