It is important to exfoliate your skin as it gently removes the top layer of dull, dead skin cells revealing fresh cells underneath. Over-exfoliating can cause chronic skin inflammation, so we recommend that you exfoliate once or twice a week (if you are fake tanning, the day before). An exfoliator with an oil base will help nourish the new skin as you gently remove the old cells. Always rub in a circular motion which will also help blood flow to the epidermis.
The difference in temperature outside combined with the office air conditioning can cause havoc for your skin and make it dry. After you have showered, use a body moisturiser to keep your skin looking plump and soft. Depending on how dry your skin is or how often you want to moisturise should dictate the type of moisturiser you use. A rich body cream for really dry skin or if you want to moisturise every 3 days and a lighter hydrator or water-based moisturiser for every day.
