Ecosse Colada
Ingredients: 25ml cream washed Monkey Shoulder, 10ml Koko Kanu, 18ml Pineapple Syrup
Method: Build all ingredients in a Champagne Flute and top up with Soda
Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple wedge
