Whisky & Water We source natural extract of Malted Barley from the time-honoured Scottish distilleries, who still harvest and malt their own Barley to create an exclusive range of handcrafted single malt Scotch Whiskies, characterised by a smooth, honeyed complexity.Fireside We source red, yellow, and white Beetroots from the neatly raised beds of the kitchen garden at The Bell at Skenfrith, a coaching inn perched on the banks of the River Monnow in the Welsh foothills. It has been welcoming travellers for centuries with its flickering hearths, time-worn flagstone floors and oak beams.
